The Fideuram application is a digital platform developed by Fideuram, designed to provide users with comprehensive informational services and banking functionalities. It caters to individuals who prioritize mobility, innovation, ease of use, and a high level of security in managing their financial activities.

Users can access detailed views of their assets, monitor account balances and card details, and consult stock market indices and quotations. The app also enables direct execution of various transactions from smartphones, such as transfers and bank drafts, card and mobile phone recharges, as well as bill payments including postal orders, MAV, and RAV.

Beyond banking features, the application offers utility services like branch location searches, ATM locators, and useful contact information. For enhanced security during transactions, users enrolled in the O-Key Sms service receive verification codes via SMS for each authorized operation.

For those utilizing the O-Key Smart service to generate verification codes, an additional dedicated app—O-Key Smart Fideuram—is required. Notifications prompting code generation are sent as push notifications; these must be acknowledged within 30 seconds by opening the notification and generating the O-Key code within the app. The code is valid for a limited time, after which users must trigger a new notification for another attempt. To ensure proper functioning, both the main Fideuram app and the O-Key Smart app must reside on the same device; previous versions of the O-Key Smart app stored on other devices should be removed. Users should also activate push notifications for the O-Key Smart app within their device settings. In cases where the device is offline or cannot receive push notifications, verification codes will be sent via SMS to the certified mobile phone.
